Not a moment too soon, we've sold our house. A realtor brought someone by on Tuesday night of this week, and they made us an offer the next day. We went back and forth a little bit, but we got things worked out and our home is under contract now. We're essentially breaking even, so this hasn't been a thrilling home equity party of any sort. We're just relieved to finally have it sold.

We'll now focus on doing some more packing and cross our fingers that the twins won't come until after we move. We don't know exactly when we'll close on this house or the new one, but those details should become available over the next few days. From what we know now, we should close by April 16th at the latest.
